These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website accountsdirect.co (the “Site”) and any quote request or enquiry services provided through it by Accounts Direct (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By submitting a quote request or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit any information.

1. Use of the Site

• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request.
• You agree not to misuse the Site (including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, or submitting false information).

2. Quote Requests & Information Provided

• Any quote or estimate displayed or sent to you is indicative only and is not a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
• Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change significantly once we receive full details of your circumstances.
• We do not guarantee that any quoted price will be honoured or that services will be available.
• Submitting a quote request does not create any client–accountant relationship. That relationship is only formed after we formally accept your instructions and you sign a formal engagement letter.

3. Accuracy of Information

• You warrant that all information you provide (including name, contact details, turnover figures and business description) is true, accurate, complete and not misleading.
• We rely on the accuracy of the information you supply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Site, its content, design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Accounts Direct and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

5. No Professional Advice

• Nothing on the Site  constitutes accounting, tax, legal or other regulated professional advice.
• You should obtain professional advice tailored to your specific situation before making any financial or business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that might otherwise be implied.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms (unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the courts of your country of residence may also have jurisdiction).
